Job Title: Accounts Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Coordinator to join our team. As an Accounts Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of invoices for customers.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who has experience in accounts and invoicing. You will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting delivery timelines, and maintaining accurate records.

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and issuing invoices to customers
  • Meeting invoice delivery timelines
  • Entering invoices into customer invoicing websites
  • Submitting invoices by electronic data interchange
  • Understanding key areas in invoicing specific to customers
  • Checking each field on the invoices before submission
  • Maintaining support and backups for invoices
  • Providing timely updates on invoice submission status
  • Maintaining invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as references
  • Working closely with the payroll and invoicing team to accelerate the invoice submission process
  • Sending out statements of accounts to customers
  • Reconciling self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets
  • Handling invoice rejections and credit/rebills
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of relevant experience in accounts and invoicing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, V-lookup, and pivot tables
  • Good analytical and process knowledge
  • Good accounting knowledge
