Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in production shopfloor.

Industry: Automotive / EV (including Battery Pack Assembly) ; Gigafactory (Cell Manufacturing)

Required Experience: 7-13 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and formulate functional architecture & requirements for MES platforms.
  • Assess MES capability and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to enhance production efficiency, quality, and reduce cost.
  • Consult clients on automation, IoT, and data analytics in the manufacturing space.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in production management, business management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience with Battery or EV OEM or consulting industry in Smart Plant vertical.
  • Strong background in data analytics, IoT platforms, and MES tools like Siemens, NEXEED, PTC, or Dassault.
