Product Consultant Job Description

As a Product Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting clients by providing technical assistance and offering best practice tips to boost their meeting attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with product questions and technical issues
  • Offer expert advice on how to optimize meeting attendance
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements for future releases of the product
  • Maintain all product documentation
  • Implement and manage online event portions as needed
  • Review initial implementations and make required changes
  • Provide suggestions to improve overall results and help clients meet their goals
  • Document all communication with clients in our CRM software

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will be part of a high-energy team that values learning, motivation, and success.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Fresh graduates (2024 or 2025 batch)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Business acumen, ethics, and high integrity
  • Comfortable using online software products
  • Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
