About Our Role

Our organization is looking for a highly skilled professional to assist the Human Resources team in managing employee data and ensuring accurate reporting.

This role involves working closely with employees, HR personnel, and external vendors to guarantee seamless transaction processing and compliance with regulations.

We are seeking an individual with excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global employee data changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps and key performance indicators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all global HR inquiries, providing timely support through various channels.
  • Administer and maintain our Global HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Support U.S. payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Provide system support and continuously optimize HR systems to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in managing ticketing systems and achieving high resolution rates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of global inquiries professionally.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in generating and presenting HR reports.
