Transform your career by leading a high-performing team of analysts in supporting the RFP process for our organization. As Senior Director of Real World Data, you will be responsible for delivering accurate responses to support our pre-sales/sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts in supporting the RFP process, requiring a solid understanding of customer problems and RWD assets.
  • Provide guidance and oversight for consulting delivery work, including shaping how work is funneled to the offshore team and optimizing delivery.
  • Build indication-specific data lakes, supervising offshore resources to expand and maintain this data lake powered by unstructured notes.
  • Manage and lead the team, being the single point of escalation for all team-related matters, working closely with global leaders to ensure a healthy team culture.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience, with either a post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math, or equivalent with exposure to core data science algorithm development.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in leading teams in globally distributed setups delivering consulting work predominantly in Data Science and Data Engineering, and total of 15-18 years of work experience with 80% or more in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains.
