Administrative Supervisor Role

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our educational institution. The ideal candidate must be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling all administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth administrative functioning of the school
  • Maintain student and staff records, both digital and physical
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between management, staff, and parents
  • Coordinate academic calendars, exams, and extracurricular events
  • Supervise non-teaching staff such as clerks, helpers, and guards
  • Liaise with authorities, vendors, and local bodies when required
  • Manage admissions, enrollments, and student documentation
  • Support the principal in implementing policies and ensuring regulatory compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of using basic school management software
  • Familiarity with RTE related information and norms set up by the GOI or State Govt
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Honesty, punctuality, and community-driven attitude
