
Front Desk Manager Position

The Front Desk Team Lead is a key role in our hospitality team. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Front Desk Team Lead.
">- Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the front desk team to ensure seamless operation of the front office area.
Supervise staff members and provide guidance on customer service standards, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
Maintain accurate records and reports of front desk operations, including guest interactions, room assignments, and other relevant data.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in areas such as leadership, communication, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall hotel objectives and improve guest satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or management position in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; proficiency in computer systems and software applications used in the hospitality industry.
