Design Custom AI Agents for Staffing Innovation

We are seeking an innovative AI Developer to design, build, and integrate custom AI agents into our platform. Our ideal candidate will leverage machine learning, NLP, and agent frameworks to create autonomous systems that automate complex staffing tasks and enhance platform intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI Agents for Resume Parsing: Develop AI agents for resume parsing, dynamic candidate-job matching, predictive analytics, and recruitment workflow automation.
  • NLP-driven Agents: Implement NLP-driven agents to extract, classify, and analyze data from resumes, job descriptions, and communications.
  • Seamless Integrations: Architect seamless integrations of AI agents into our platform via APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate and Optimize: Collaborate with recruiters and product teams to identify agent-driven automation opportunities and optimize agent performance, scalability, and reliability within cloud environments.

Requirements:

  • AI Agent Development Experience: Proven experience in AI agent development, including autonomous systems, RAG architectures, and multi-agent workflows.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).
  • Platform Integration Experience: Experience integrating AI agents into platforms, including RESTful APIs, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Recruitment Data Tools: Familiarity with recruitment data tools and US staffing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Agentic Frameworks: Experience with agentic frameworks and LLM orchestration.
  • Staffing Domains: Background in staffing domains or HR tech.
