We're seeking an innovative AI Engineer to join our team of seasoned developers and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Advanced AI Systems: Design, architect, and implement agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and tool usage, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the field.
  • Integration and Orchestration: Seamlessly integrate AI agents with frameworks like LangChain, Auto-GPT, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Memory, Goal-Setting, and Task Tracking: Implement robust memory, goal-setting, and long-term task tracking systems for agents, enabling them to adapt and learn from their environment.
  • Agent Connectivity: Connect agents with APIs, databases, web interfaces, and external tools, empowering them to interact with the world around them.
  • Experimentation and Improvement: Design and run experiments to test performance, improve accuracy, and reduce hallucinations, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborative Design: Work closely with product/design teams to shape user interaction with AI agents, creating intuitive and engaging experiences.

Requirements:

  • LLM Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and token context management.
  • Agentic AI Frameworks: Possess hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, Auto-GPT, BabyAGI, CrewAI, etc.
  • Python Proficiency: Showcase expertise in Python programming and experience with vector databases (like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation: Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, and multi-agent coordination.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Proven ability to think creatively and approach complex problems with a mindset for experimentation and iteration.
  • Model Deployment: Experience deploying models via APIs or embedding AI into real-world applications.

Nice to Have:

  • Voice or Multimodal Agents: Experience working with voice or multimodal agents (text + image + audio).
  • Knowledge Graphs and Semantic Search: Familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or planning algorithms.
  • Reinforcement Learning: Exposure to reinforcement learning or feedback-based agent tuning.
