Job Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned AI Engineer to fill a critical role in our team. This position involves the development, deployment, and optimization of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning models, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and large language models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in Python programming language, deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and real-world experience in developing AI systems. As part of this team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to design and develop scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI/ML models tailored to business needs.
  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs or other deep learning architectures.
  • Collaborate on data collection, preprocessing, and model evaluation.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference.
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Experience working with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or related domains.
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend integration.
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to vector databases, prompt engineering, or LangChain.
  • Experience in deploying models to production environments.
  • Knowledge of data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kafka, etc.).
