Path Law Group is seeking a highly skilled Immigration Specialist to handle a full caseload of employment-based immigration cases.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, ability to manage complex caseloads, and elite prioritization skills. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is advantageous.

This is a fully remote position offering a competitive starting salary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and edit complex non-immigrant and immigrant visa cases, focusing on National Interest Waivers (NIWs), O-1s, EB-1As, and H-1Bs.
  • Manage a large caseload independently, collaborating with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and exceptional quality of work.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status.
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in gathering evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines.
  • Exhibit strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments and identify delays for rectification.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
  • Maintain accurate records and consistently track and manage cases according to firm policies.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of immigration experience, preferably with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
  • A strong understanding of immigration law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
