This is a hands-on, growth-focused role for a UX/UI Designer who wants to make a real difference. You'll work on complex interaction models for AI-driven tools—balancing data clarity, human-centered design, and regulatory needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong UX/UI design skills, a portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design. Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar is required. Additionally, foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces—ranging from mobile apps to conversational agents.
  2. Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control.
  3. Design for transparency, trust, and explainability—ensuring AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly.
  4. Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration.
  5. Contribute to and help evolve our internal design system to reflect the unique needs of agentic AI interfaces.
  6. Continuously refine designs based on data, feedback, and behavioral insights.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with at least some exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction.
  • Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to grow—especially in applying design to AI-powered products.
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback across disciplines.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience designing for fintech platforms, banking interfaces, or investment tools.
  • Understanding of agent-based systems, chat interfaces, or AI explainability patterns.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and regulatory considerations (e.g., ADA, GDPR).
