Product Merchandiser Role

We are seeking a Product Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading product launches from concept to rollout, overseeing quality control, and adherence to production timelines.

This role involves analyzing market trends, curating seasonal assortments, coordinating with design, sales, and production teams, and ensuring products meet customer demand, brand aesthetics, and quality standards.

  • Analyze market trends and curate seasonal collections balancing classic and innovative styles.
  • Collaborate with design and production on product development.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Develop and execute product merchandising and assortment strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure timely deliveries and minimal stock issues.
  • Oversee quality control and adherence to production timelines.
  • Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools.

The ideal candidate will have strong jewelry industry knowledge and merchandising expertise, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

A degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities include developing and executing product merchandising and assortment strategies, collaborating with design and production on product development, conducting market research to track trends, customer needs, and competitors, and managing inventory levels to ensure timely deliveries and minimal stock issues.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years' experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences
  • Skilled in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain
  • Familiarity with merchandising tools a plus
