  • To develop a comprehensive understanding of the target business, including its competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Lead the execution of client services as Engagement Manager, overseeing team performance and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports.
  • To interpret, evaluate, and analyze information memoranda, business plans, and publicly available data on the target business, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • To produce quality deliverables (including Excel and PowerPoint documents) within agreed timelines, briefing senior management accordingly.

The role involves reviewing historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets, assessing operating trends, quality of earnings, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows considerations, and net debt. Additionally, it entails identifying key issues related to the deal, evaluating their impact on valuation/price consideration, and advising on ways to address these issues.
