Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to support our finance operations and business analytics functions. This role offers exposure to international clients, combining core accounting responsibilities with operational and financial performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Support day-to-day finance operations including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries.">
  • Assist in preparing financial and incentive-related reports for internal management.">
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.">
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of expenses.">
  • Provide support in monthly closing activities and ad-hoc finance assignments.">
  • Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency.">
  • Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients.">
  • Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.">
  • Provide actionable insights using Power BI and other visualization tools.">
  • Partner with leadership to prepare management reports for decision-making.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.">
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. Experience in the KPO/BPO sector is a plus.">
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an advantage.">
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients.">
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.">
  • Flexible to work in Indian shifts with occasional support during US hours.">
