We are seeking a highly skilled Business Valuation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and performing business valuation engagements for financial reporting (US GAAP) and tax reporting.
As a Business Valuation Expert, you will possess strong communication skills, be driven, and have in-depth subject matter knowledge in valuations related to business combinations, goodwill impairments, gift and estate valuation, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a CFA, CA, or MBA degree and at least 8 years of proven experience in business valuation. You should also be able to think laterally and analytically, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform and manage business valuation engagements for financial reporting (US GAAP) and tax reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- CFA, CA, or MBA degree.
- 8+ years of experience in business valuation.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
