Job Description

At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused professional to assume the role of CRM Executive. This position involves managing client relationships from initial inquiry to property registration, ensuring seamless communication and an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the property purchase process with expertise and courtesy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support throughout the property purchase process.
  • Managing and documenting all deal details, contracts, and cost sheets in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Explaining payment plans, milestones, and calculations to customers clearly and effectively.
  • Following up with clients for timely payments and providing reminders where necessary.
  • Collaborating with the closing team to ensure smooth deal finalization.
  • Providing prompt support to client queries and concerns.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 14 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer relationship management, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a pleasing personality.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as SFDC (Salesforce.com).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
