Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Asset Coordinator to manage the entire IT asset lifecycle, from procurement to retirement.

This role requires a strong understanding of the IT asset lifecycle process and prior experience handling IT assets, IMAC processes, and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage IT Asset Lifecycle: Oversee the entire IT asset lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and efficient use of assets.
  2. Track and Maintain Records: Accurately track and maintain records of hardware and software inventory.
  3. Coordinate IMAC Activities: Effectively coordinate IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) to meet business needs.
  4. Maintain Asset-Related Data: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of asset-related data in ITSM tools.
  5. Prepare Reports: Utilize MS Excel to prepare regular asset reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  6. Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling.
  7. Support Audits: Maintain accurate and complete asset records to support audits and other regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • IT Asset Lifecycle Process: Strong understanding of the IT asset lifecycle process.
  • Excel Skills: Proficient in using Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • IMAC, SLA, and ITSM: Familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools.
  • Communication and Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with teams.
