Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a growth function or related field.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data to inform business decisions.
- Willingness to hustle—cold emailing, prospecting, and knocking on digital doors to drive growth.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools would be a significant asset.
