About the Role

  • Conduct engaging live classes for students pursuing Class 11, Class 12, CUET English, and related exams. Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Create and curate educational content for booklets, mock tests, and YouTube sessions. Ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with exam requirements.
  • Design theory notes, question banks, and assess materials for exam-readiness. Continuously evaluate and refine teaching strategies to optimize student outcomes.
  • Cultivate a supportive learning environment by handling student doubt resolution and test evaluation personally.
  • Take ownership of the English subject, encompassing teaching, content creation, and results-driven approaches.
  • Participate actively in curriculum improvement initiatives and contribute to internal training programs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in English (Class 11, 12, and CUET UG Level) with excellent teaching, communication, and student engagement skills.
  • Ability to write, proofread, and structure error-free academic content.
  • Familiarity with CBSE and CUET examination systems.
