Lead Academic Initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our academic initiatives.

About the Position:

This role requires a strong subject matter expert who can design and own the academic structure and progression of the curriculum aligned with competitive exams, school boards, or international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality learning materials including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material, and question banks.
  • Supervise a team of subject matter experts, content developers, and educators to ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical coherence across all content.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of SME's, content developers, and educators. Conduct regular reviews and ensure team alignment with academic goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E./M.Sc./Ph.D from a reputed institution
  • 7+ Years of teaching or academic leadership experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an education technology company
  • Deep subject expertise and academic rigor
  • Candidates with an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels will be preferred
  • Strong instructional design and content review skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ed-tech platforms, digital tools, and Learning Management Systems is a plus
