Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Development: Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models that inform business decisions.
  • Commercial Analytics: Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to align analytics with business objectives and operational workflows.
  • Cloud Integration: Leverage cloud-based technologies to optimize model deployment, ensure scalability, and monitor performance.
  • Insight Communication: Translate complex analytical outcomes into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on advancements in analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in data science, with a focus on commercial/customer analytics.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS SageMaker) and big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certifications in data science or machine learning.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or deep learning techniques.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
