As a Senior UX Designer, you will help customers get value from the designs they have created through professional design services.

You will connect these services so that customers can seamlessly transition between the design and fulfillment experiences and bring their designs to life.

  • Contribute to the user experience of the design-to-life flow from conception to launch, utilizing user-centered design methods.
  • Be hands-on at every stage of the design process—from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction.
  • Present concepts to immediate and cross-functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in the B2C e-commerce space.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions.
  • Passion for designing simple solutions to complex consumer and business problems.
  • Ability to clearly and confidently present design concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring cohesiveness with our design system and marketing brand guidelines, and sharing and evangelizing user-centered design methods across the organization.
