Job Title: Senior Industrial Relations Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the company's industrial relations strategy, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IR strategies to maintain employee relations.
  • Manage disciplinary cases and grievances in accordance with principles of natural justice.
  • Liaise with government authorities to ensure smooth operations and peaceful labor relations.
  • Handle labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, and unrest to prevent disruptions.
  • Maintain relationships with neighboring industries through HR forums and networking.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors and consultants for dispute resolution.
  • Monitor grievance mechanisms and address employee concerns proactively.
  • Manage wage and benefit settlements with union employees.
  • Issue employment-related documents and update employee details in SAP for income tax compliance.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to labor laws, contractor management, and safety provisions.
  • Oversee registration and renewal of licenses and compliance submissions under relevant laws.
  • Handle legal matters, court cases, and finalize lease/rent agreements on behalf of the company.
  • Liaison with government agencies to ensure compliance.
