Job Title: Corporate Account Manager

We seek a skilled professional to handle corporate service accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention through effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Understand client business needs and align company solutions and services to meet those requirements.
  • Coordinate internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks, and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare account performance reports, usage analytics, and monthly service reviews.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in coordination with the sales team.
  • Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely closure of client concerns.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and client developments to proactively suggest relevant solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in B2B or corporate services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Professional and presentable appearance
  • Driving license is mandatory
  • The role requires willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
