Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sr Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Sr Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in transaction quality and delivery.

About the Role

">

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in an international voice process environment. You should have strong knowledge of quality matrices and excellent transactional quality domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance transaction quality and delivery.
  • Manage Claim Quality & Client Related KPIs: Ensure that claim quality and client-related key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
  • Evaluate Effectiveness of TQ Interventions: Assess the impact of transaction quality interventions on business outcomes.
  • Strengthen Quality Management Processes / Framework: Develop and implement quality management processes and frameworks to improve quality delivery.
  • Accurately Capture SLA/SLO Metrics: Collect and report service level agreement/service level objective metrics to meet client expectations.
  • Generate and Implement Out-of-the-Box Ideas: Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive Process Control & Compliance: Ensure that processes are controlled and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Support Quality and Compliance Teams: Assist the quality and compliance teams in performing audits and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience as Quality Analyst: In an international voice process environment.
  • Strong Knowledge of Quality Matrices: And excellent transactional quality domain expertise.
  • Good Working Knowledge of TTQ Systems: Tools, and technologies.
