We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. This role involves monitoring trends, identifying gaps and providing regular training to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a 24-hour Turn-Around-Time (TAT) for all assigned tasks to guarantee efficient processing.
- Coordinate monthly trainings for team members on the latest product updates to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Ensure a First Time Resolution (FTR) rate of 90% through daily briefings on file-wise errors to minimize delays.
- Monitor branch compliance by identifying deficiencies and recommending improvements to Relationship Managers and Internal Control Quality (ICQ).
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex cases to resolve issues effectively.
- In the absence of the Branch Manager, act as a liaison for cash deposition and disbursement processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
