About the Role:Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Executive Director of Engineering and Innovation to lead our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-profile engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management & Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Team Management: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in your field of specialization, offering guidance and support to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the engineering department's strategic roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation, expansion, and market differentiation.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance protocols to uphold the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across all engineering activities.
- Risk Assessment & Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, leveraging your experience and expertise to anticipate potential issues and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Resource Utilization & Allocation: Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity, while also ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department, championing the adoption of best practices, emerging technologies, and process enhancements to enhance organizational capabilities and competitiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in engineering and management roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
