Job Title

 

A key position has opened up in our team, seeking a talented and driven individual to oversee the academic experience of students at our institution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for steering student life, from academic pursuits to extracurricular activities, while ensuring effective communication across departments and teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the campus operations, identifying and eliminating obstacles that hinder progress.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Manage financial resources and coordinate initiatives with central program teams.
  • Collaborate with academics and student success teams to monitor student progress and drive outcomes.
  • Establish processes to enhance engagement and performance, leveraging pedagogy, content, and class delivery.
  • Oversee campus marketing, branding, and student experience charters.
  • Partner with industries, deliver internship and placement outcomes, and foster strong collaborations with universities.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in category management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; software development experience is preferred.
  • Goal-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to balance long-term process setup with short-term goal achievement.
  • Empathy toward students and a desire for aspirational outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
