Job Title: Financial Operations Intern
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to manage our financial operations related to Aadhaar-PAN linking.
Key Responsibilities:- Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in tracking linking status, collecting documentation, and ensuring accurate recording of penalties and fees.
- Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain financial data, perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process, follow up on pending documentation and payments.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication skills.
