As a Junior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation that effectively communicates complex technical information to various stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in writing, eager to learn more about software, different domains, and technical writing best practices.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Writing, editing, and maintaining software documentation, including user guides, release notes, and onboarding training content.
  • Collaborating with software architects, engineers, developers, QA, and consultant teams to gather technical information and translate it into clear, accurate documentation.
  • FOLLOWING INTERNAL DOCUMENTATION GUIDELINES AND PROCESSES.
  • Organizing and structuring content with focus on clarity.
  • Helping identify content gaps to improve overall documentation quality.
  • Participating in peer reviews and incorporating feedback from external reviewers diligently.
  • Supporting software development workflow by participating in retrospective meetings and other technical demonstrations.
  • Conducting internal tests as part of documenting a feature, and providing ad-hoc feedback to developers.
  • Participating in evaluating tools or processes to help progress.
