Job Title: Manager - Third Party Risk Management Controls

Department: Corporate and Institutional Banking

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

As a Manager in our Third Party Risk Management team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying robust control frameworks for internal and external third-party services globally.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with business owners across regions to map existing third-party engagement processes and identify issues or gaps.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation for clear communication with management and quicker decision-making.
  • Developing and deploying end-state recommended processes.
  • Establishing and running robust operational processes with an eye for detail.
  • Demonstrating excellent analytical rigor and logical thinking with a continuous process improvement mindset.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
