Job Title: Business Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and track potential leads to identify new business opportunities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Experience with cold calling and telemarketing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
