Senior Backend Developer(NODE js)

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Senior Backend Developers who can design, develop and maintain scalable APIs, secure back-end systems and high-performance architectures using Node.js and Express.js.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Optimize server and database performance and implement effective caching strategies.
  • Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, RBAC.
  • Work with microservices and event-driven systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code following SOLID principles.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to deploy, monitor and scale services in cloud environments.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues to maintain high system reliability.
  • Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3.5 years of backend development experience.
  • Proficient in Node.js, Express.js and RESTful API design.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, query optimization and schema design.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture, message queues and microservices.
  • Understanding of backend security standards and system design principles.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools, containerization and cloud deployments.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
