Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor teams on effective practices for handling customer complaints and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Develop proactive frameworks through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive process changes.
  • Analyze escalation trends, customer feedback, and support metrics to identify root causes and implement best practices.
  • Drive execution against key customer experience (CE) performance metrics including first contact resolution, customer satisfaction, average handle time, quality, and productivity.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in customer service/operations/program management in e-commerce environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large, distributed customer operations teams across geographies.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution ownership.
  • Strong analytical and people development capabilities.
