Team Performance Director

As a highly skilled Team Performance Director, you will oversee the overall performance of your team, ensuring timely and effective completion of assigned tasks. When faced with exceptional situations, you will resolve queries and escalate them through proper channels when necessary.

To ensure seamless progress, you will compile and publish reports on team performance at regular frequencies. You will also coordinate periodic meetings with Team Leaders, Trainers, and Managers to discuss process impediments, needed resources, or issues/delays in completing tasks.

In this role, you will provide a clear vision of process objectives and motivate team members to achieve and exceed customer expectations. You will foster an environment that promotes trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive teamwork.

Additionally, you will facilitate problem-solving and collaboration while maintaining quality benchmarks. Regular updates with Managers/Leaders on task accomplishment, issues, and status are essential. Your focus will be on accelerating teams' performance and demonstrating understanding of business/organization objectives.

You should also possess a deep understanding of performance metrics, organizational, and time-management skills. Decision-making skills and a degree in Management or training in team leading are highly desirable.

A strong candidate will have good PC skills, especially MS Excel proficiency, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong English communication skills are preferred. Critical competencies for success include Customer Service, Good analytical skills, Ability to represent data effectively, MS Excel proficiency, Time Management, and Ability to multi-task.
