  • Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries promptly and provide timely responses to their questions, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to follow up with visitors post-visit and support overall customer relationship management.

Requirements:
