Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automation testing, with the ability to drive quality processes and procedures.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a QA specialist to work on a new development project that will impact the entire organization. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for aligning with the Manager to create a go-forward plan for risk management. You will investigate, collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Project Managers/Agile Coaches, and Developers to establish a centralized repository for risk management data sharing and utilization across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA process, including test approaches, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with Development teams to ensure adherence to established QA standards.
  • Design, implement, and own the QA process, including database querying across multiple query languages such as SQL and BigQuery.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional team to identify, analyze, and resolve defects.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in software testing, with expertise in both manual and automation testing.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, and database validation.
  • Experience with automation frameworks, specifically Selenium and Java.
  • Proficiency in database querying languages, such as SQL and BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
