Job Title: Project Coordinator Specialist

The role involves working on large-scale Data Center projects with a focus on construction management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project coordination, leadership, and technical knowledge of construction engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Liaise with construction teams to oversee the progress of the project.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with the project.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience or 25 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in PMC and Construction Management leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with multiple nationalities.
  • Technical knowledge of all phases of construction engineering.
  • Prior experience working in a field engineering or field supervision position is preferred.
