Lead Enterprise Data Architect Opportunity
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of large-scale distributed data systems and have experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams. They will be responsible for defining and implementing an enterprise data strategy, overseeing modern data platforms, and enabling AI/ML for personalization, forecasting, and analytics.

The successful candidate will also have strong expertise in CPG/FMCG data use cases, including CDPs, MMM, ProfitSphere, and inventory analytics. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as they will be required to partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement an enterprise data strategy and governance framework.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of modern data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Kafka.
  • Enable AI/ML capabilities for personalization, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing data engineering team.
Requirements:
  • 18+ years of experience in IT, with 8+ years in data architecture/engineering.
  • Strong expertise in large-scale, distributed data systems.
  • Deep experience in CPG/FMCG data use cases (CDPs, MMM, ProfitSphere, inventory analytics).
  • Excellent communicator and leader with cross-functional influence.
