Job Title: Strategic Marketing & Data Lead

This role is responsible for leading mass mailing and campaign management initiatives, ensuring high deliverability, response tracking, and campaign optimization. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing, managing, and executing bulk mailing campaigns using mailing tools/platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mailing Campaign Management:
    • Create targeted mailing lists to ensure optimal results.
    • Develop and execute strategies for improving campaign performance and ROI.
  • Digital Marketing Support:
    • Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional drives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging across outreach efforts.
  • Data Extraction & Management:
    • Extract, clean, and manage data from various sources (databases, websites, job portals).
    • Maintain structured, accurate, and up-to-date databases for marketing and business development purposes.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in mass mailing tools, and a basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, mass mailing, or data extraction roles. Prior experience in recruitment, consulting, or HR industry will be an added advantage.
