Marketing Campaign Lead

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Campaign Lead to drive the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a data-driven mindset. Experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram, is highly valued.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution, analyzing performance metrics to inform optimization strategies, and developing comprehensive campaign plans aligned with business objectives.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, able to distill complex campaign insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

In addition to technical skills and experience, the successful candidate will have a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, email, paid ads, SEO, and influencer outreach.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities for campaigns and partnerships to enhance visibility and conversions.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management, preferably in [Industry – EdTech/FMCG/IT].
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, , Instagram, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
