As a growth program manager, you will be the navigator of our company's growth journey. You will lead business data analysis, build dashboards, and partner with marketing to connect web traffic to revenue attribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data & Analytics
    • Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations to identify areas of improvement and drive informed decision-making.
    • Build comprehensive dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI, providing actionable insights to optimize business outcomes.
    • Partner with marketing to develop targeted strategies that connect web traffic to lead generation, CRM, and revenue attribution, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
    • Proactively surface key findings and recommendations to enhance revenue outcomes, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strategy and Execution
    • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and untapped markets, informing strategic decisions.
    • Develop and implement mini-strategies for growth experiments, exploring new geographies, verticals, or customer segments to drive innovation and revenue growth.
    • Prepare concise and compelling reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making, ensuring clear and actionable guidance.
  • Sales Enablement & Operations
    • Own and manage CRM automations, streamlining lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, and integrations to maximize sales efficiency.
    • Manage sales reporting and dashboards, providing real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) across teams, enabling data-driven decision-making.
    • Support sales enablement by developing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights to equip sales teams with the tools they need to succeed.
    • Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency, driving productivity and revenue growth.
  • Project & Program Management
    • Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
    • Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders to achieve project milestones and goals.
    • Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects, from ideation to results tracking, delivering measurable value and impact.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources, ensuring smooth project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
