Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Warranty Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a meaningful impact in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements, test, train, and lead meetings to ensure successful project execution.
  • Set up and demonstrate CRPs, RICEF developments, and configure SAP Warranty Management systems.
  • Write functional specifications and develop expertise in LO-WTY Warranty Management, config level SD, and pricing background.
  • Lead projects with a focus on quality code catalogs, claim lifecycle, IC/OC claim versions, claim functionality, and pricing enhancements.
Requirements
  • Experience in the IT sector or from leading Big 4 firms.
  • Warranty Management experience and knowledge of LO-WTY Claim Lifecycle, IC/OC claim versions, claim functionality, and SD Pricing and pricing enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of VSR tool: Validations, Substitutions, Messages, business rules, and quality code catalogs on header/version/item level.
  • Basic knowledge of Supplier Recovery and ARM (optional).
  • Familiarity with ACS Warranty Add-on and VA42 service contracts (optional).
