  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and managing fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and pantry items from local markets and suppliers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure consistent quality and food safety standards
  • Negotiating pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to drive cost efficiency and support menu innovations
  • Maintaining accurate records, pricing, and inventory data to track procurement metrics and report regularly
