Procurement Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our sourcing initiatives and drive business value, speed, compliance, and risk management.

  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies across technology and non-technology categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and colleagues, to identify opportunities for process improvements and buying channel optimization.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, audits, and controls across sourcing cycles, leveraging expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
  • Contract Remediation: Manage contract remediation, including data privacy agreements, OCIR, and country-specific terms, driving efficiency and cost savings.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate and oversee third-party supplier control obligations (SCOs) and support stakeholders with vendor engagement risks.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sourcing best practices to strengthen category management and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in technology procurement within financial services.
  • Expertise: Strong expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, vendor management, and compliance, with excellent stakeholder management skills, problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Skills: Leadership qualities to set objectives, coach teams, and drive operational effectiveness, with background in operational/core sourcing teams in technology, regulatory remediation experience, and familiarity with industry frameworks and governance practices.
