Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent initiatives that drive business success.
  • Provide insightful guidance and support to leaders across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee various C-level and other projects on behalf of the executive team.
  • Build HR best practices, policies, and procedures across various teams.
  • Manage risk, governance, and compliance.
  • Proactively anticipate and drive the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings.
  • Provide proactive advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs.
  • Understand the data environment and leverage insights in support of talent strategy development and execution.
  • Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
  • Talent management: recruit, develop, and guide the company to retain talent.
  • Work with multiple teams to coordinate various tasks.
