Lead Management and HubSpot CRM Expert

About the Role:

  • This position is responsible for leading the management of leads using ZoomInfo, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM, and developing workflows for effective lead handoff to sales reps.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management & Enrichment:
    • Source, qualify, and enrich leads using ZoomInfo.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM.
    • Develop workflows for efficient lead handoff to sales teams.
  • HubSpot CRM Administration:
    • Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation.
    • Ensure sales automation tools are working seamlessly to support the sales team.
    • Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and key performance indicators.
  • Integration & Optimization:
    • Oversee the integration of ZoomInfo with HubSpot.
    • Ensure smooth syncing of data across both platforms.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly.
  • Sales Enablement:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead management and HubSpot CRM administration.
  • Expertise in ZoomInfo and its integration with HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
