Job Title

A Senior IT Specialist is required to lead a team of engineers and provide technical guidance on infrastructure projects.

  • The job holder will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS Cloud, DevOps, and pipeline using Github actions is essential.
  • Familiarity with Python programming language is required.
  • Proficient in FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct file transfer protocols.
  • Awareness of end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ & basic understanding of load-balancer and firewalls.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience with MFT tools or GoAnywhere is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead/coach the team technically.
  • Provide consultancy & Solution to customer irrespective of product stack used.
  • Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables.
  • Identify toil and develop automated solution with reduced effort.
  • Troubleshoot level 3 kind of issues for all listed technologies.
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation.
  • Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
  • On-call support for priority issues.
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines.
  • Perform Disaster Recovery.
  • Coordinated audit requirements and fulfill them.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience.
  • Mandatory Technologies: Managed File Transfer (MFT) using GoAnywhere, Cloud: AWS.
  • Must-have skills: AWS, MFT tools, or GoAnywhere Experience.
