Senior Strategic Planning Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Planning Professional to join our Commercial Solutions team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic planning initiatives, developing business cases, and providing industry insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on strategic initiatives and business cases.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Master's/MBA degree preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills with a focus on translating insights and data into actionable recommendations for leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Analysis.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Spotfire, or Excel automation.
